I have no mail delivered some days or my mail arrives at different times during the day. How do I notify Canada Post that my mail delivery is irregular?

In general, it is normal to only receive mail 3 to 4 days a week. Sometimes, we may need to change a delivery route. This means your mail may arrive earlier or later than you normally expect it.

As soon as mail arrives at our local delivery office, we deliver it to your address. We also monitor our mail delivery to make sure you receive quality service.

    What you can do

If you haven't received mail for 3 consecutive days, check to make sure your mailbox is accessible to your mail carrier. Keep your walkway free of snow, ice or construction.
