    What is the beta business home page experience?

    The beta business home page experience lets you try an updated version of the dashboard for your business account on the Canada Post website. It has a new look and provides quick links to your most used tools, access to your shipment records and an insight feed featuring promotions and blog posts.

    How do I participate in the beta business home page experience? 

    To try the beta home page, sign into your business account, navigate to the dashboard and then click on the “Try it now!” link. 

    What will I see on the beta business home page?

    The beta business home page will offer:

    • A new top navigation that will expand as we add more capabilities.
    • A right panel with access your invoices and discount levels, customizable quick links to tools, a form for tracking a package and links to information about your small business account.
    • A new feed with promotions and insights to support your business.
    • An option to provide feedback on the beta or flag any issues.

    As this is a beta version, there is limited functionality, but further updates with new features and capabilities will be added in the future.

    How much does the beta business home page experience cost?

    The beta business home page experience is free for all businesses with a Canada Post business account.

    How long will the beta business home page be available? 

    The beta business home page will run until we have received sufficient feedback. We will release an end date when available.  

    There is a possibility the beta could end at any time without notice. In this case you will still be able to access the old version of the dashboard.

    How can I return to the old business dashboard?

    You can return to your old business dashboard at any time by clicking “Return to the old version” at the top banner of the beta business home page.

    The beta business home page is not working, what can I do?

    Please return to the old dashboard by clicking the “Return to the old version” banner at the top of the page. In certain circumstances, we will direct you to the old dashboard until further notice.

    Where can I find access to my mail campaigns, postal services, and online store order tracking pages? 

    The beta business home page does not currently include order tracking pages for Neighborhood Mail, Personalized Mail, Postal Code Targeting, Mail forwarding, Hold Mail, or the online store. To access these pages, click “Return to the old version” at the top banner of the page and then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
