My Neighbourhood Mail mailing wasn’t delivered on time. What can I do?

If your Neighbourhood Mail™ mailing is early, late or hasn’t been delivered, there are a few things you can check. If these solutions don’t resolve the issue, please create a service ticket to report the problem to us.

Confirm that items were prepared and sorted correctly

    Check that:

    • The letter carrier routes you chose for the mailing were correctly numbered on your containers.
    • Your mail pieces met the applicable standards for size, weight, content, machine processing and bundle preparation.

Check when your mailing is scheduled to be delivered

If you did not specify a date for your mailing to be delivered, the delivery process begins when your mailing is dropped off and accepted at one of our facilities.
