The period starting on the Offer Date and expiring on the Offer Expiry Date is the “Offer Period”.

For those Canada Post Solutions for Small Business™ (“SFSB”) customers that have been selected and notified by Canada Post, achieve the Threshold Spend during the Offer Period to be eligible to receive early upgrade to the next Savings Level (the “Offer”).

Threshold Spend:

Actual Fees paid for Eligible Items deposited during the Offer Period, as set out below:

• Eligible customer with current Savings Level 1- $200 threshold spend
• Eligible customer with current Savings Level 2- $300 threshold spend
• Eligible customer with current Savings Level 3- $450 threshold spend

Eligible Items must be deposited during the Offer Period in accordance with the Offer Terms and Conditions to count towards the Threshold Spend.

This Offer is exclusive to Eligible Customers, non-transferable and valid only during the Offer Period. Eligible customers must be signed up for promotional email communications to receive offer email. This Offer applies to Base Prices in effect at the time of deposit as set by Canada Post. This Offer will expire on the Offer Expiry Date. See below for additional Offer Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Actual Fees” means the total amount paid by the Eligible Customer in base prices for Eligible Items deposited under the Eligible Customer’s Solutions for Small Business account number during the Offer Period. Actual Fees are net of discounts and adjustments applied (if any), and do not include any of the following: prices for options, fuel or other surcharges, any applicable duties or taxes, or any other fees or charges.

“Base Prices” means the applicable prices set by Canada Post and in effect at the time of mailing made available to the Eligible Customer under it’s Solutions for Small Business account. Base Prices do not include any of the following: prices for options, fuel or other surcharges, any applicable duties or taxes, or any other fees or charges.

“Eligible Customer” means the Solutions for Small Business member selected and notified by Canada Post as being eligible for this Offer.

“Eligible Items” means Priority^TM, Xpresspost^TM, Regular Parcel^TM, Expedited Parcel^TM, Tracked Packet^TM, Small Packet^TM items, Flat Rate boxes within Canada, US or international deposited by the Eligible Customer under its Solutions for Small Business account number during the Offer Period. All orders must be prepared and transmitted with the eligible customers Solutions for Small Business account number either at a Canada Post retail location, using an Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) including Canada Post Snap Ship™, select ecommerce partners approved by Canada Post, Canada Post’s Web Services or Canada Post’s Online Store.

Offer Terms and Conditions

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Offer Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out above.

1. If the Eligible Customer meets these Offer Terms and Conditions, maintains their SFSB account in good standing, and otherwise complies with all applicable terms and conditions, then the Eligible Customer will be eligible for the Offer.
2. This Offer is exclusive to the Eligible Customer and is non-transferable. This Offer does not apply to any service other than those described above.
3. All items must be properly prepared and deposited under the Eligible Customer’s SFSB account number. Items that are: (i) transmitted and/or deposited outside the Offer Period; or (ii) not properly prepared and deposited under the Eligible Customer’s SFSB account number, will not count towards the Threshold Spend.
4. Orders created before the Offer Expiry Date that are deposited after the Offer Expiry Date will not count towards the Threshold Spend.
5. The Eligible Customer is liable for any unauthorized use of the Offer. If Canada Post discovers any unauthorized use, the Eligible Customer will be required to repay any fees resulting from the unauthorized use. These fees will be determined by Canada Post at its sole discretion.
6. Canada Post reserves the right at any time, and at its sole discretion, to review the Eligible Customer’s account or shipments for compliance and to take such action as it deems appropriate if it believes there was a violation of any of these Offer Terms and Conditions.
7. Canada Post reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or otherwise amend all or part of this Offer at any time without prior notice.

Terms and conditions, including (without limitation) the Canada Post Website Terms of Use and the Solutions for Small Business terms and conditions therein, apply to this offer and are hereby incorporated into and form part of these standard terms and conditions. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions as updated by Canada Post from time to time without notice to you and at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check the Canada Post Website Terms of Use regularly for changes, which can be found at canadapost.ca/termsandconditions, or any replacement website as designated by Canada Post from time to time.

Savings Level Upgrade Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Customers who qualify for the Offer will be upgraded to the next highest Savings Level beginning on or around May 15, 2024 and notified by email.
2. Eligible Customers will remain at the upgraded Savings Level until September 30, 2024. Savings levels are reassessed every quarter and can be adjusted every quarter based on how much you spent over the past 12 months, terms and conditions found at canadapost.ca/termsandconditions.
3. This Offer embodies Canada Post’s entire offer and no other representation, understanding, or agreement, verbal or otherwise, relating to the subject matter of this Offer will have any effect. By continuing to deposit items with Canada Post, the Eligible Customer accepts the terms and conditions contained in this Offer.
