We’re responding by implementing contingency plans where necessary and adjusting our operations to serve Canadians. This situation is fluid across the country and customers may experience delays. In addition, it’s possible that temporary measures may be put in place, such as the reduction of hours or short-term closures, where required.

In the final days before the calendar turned to December, Canada Post delivered almost 3 million parcels across the country. That includes approximately 2.1 million parcels delivered on Monday, November 30, 2020 after a weekend with approximately 800 thousand parcel deliveries. As Canada's parcel delivery leader, we've fully implemented plans to scale up and stay safe while responding to the expected heavy holiday parcel volumes.
