Choose the pickup that's right for you
We offer 2 types of parcel pickup services –on-demand and scheduled.
Ship a little, or mostly during peak seasons?
One-Time On-Demand pickup is for you. Save yourself a trip to the post office when you call or request your pickup online –pickup service is available just when you need it.
How much does this cost?
- $3.50 flat rate per pickup (unlimited number of parcels).
- Free pickup for parcels using Priority™and Priority™Worldwide shipping services.
Here's how it works
- Make sure pickup is available in your neighbourhood using our tool.
- Select the Request a pickup tool. You’ll be asked to sign in to your account.
- Request your pickup online or by phone and we’ll pick up your parcel on the date and time period you ask for.
- Paying by credit card? You can arrange pickup up to five business days in advance. Larger-volume shippers with a signed contract can arrange pickup up to 30 days in advance.
Do you ship a lot for your growing business?
Recurring (Scheduled) pickup is for you. You decide the date and time for us to pick up your parcels every week –whatever is convenient for you.
How much does this cost?
Recurring (Scheduled) pickup fees are based on how much you spend on parcel shipping each year:
- $7.50 fee/week when you spend $2,500–$14,999 on parcel shipping.
- Free when you spend $15,000+/year.
Here's how it works
- Make sure pickup is available in your neighbourhood using our tool.
- Select the Request a pickup tool. You’ll be asked to sign in to your account.
- Set a time (daily or weekly) and our driver will pick up your parcels at your business location.
- You can change the Recurring (Scheduled) pickup time if you need to. For example: if you have no planned shipments, if you’re temporarily closed or if a different time works better.
- You pay by credit card or use your commercial account (for large-volume shippers who have a signed contract with Canada Post).
We offer third-party pickups
This means we’ll pick up parcels at a location other than your business and charge it to your account. Applies to both One-Time On-Demand and Recurring (Scheduled) Pickups. Talk to us for more information.
